The forum was organized by al-Hindiya branch of the Quranic center affiliated to the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine, Al-Kafeel website reported.
It began with recitation of verses from the Quran by qari Muhammad Jawad, followed by a welcome speech delivered by Hamid Al-Marabi, the head of the branch.
He underlined the center’s efforts to promote the Quran and Etrat in line with the Astan’s approach.
Al-Marabi said one of the means used to do this and foster the Quranic culture is holding Quranic seminars.
Sheikh Hani al-Rabiee, a memorizer of the Nahj-ul-Balaqa then spoke about the subject of the seminar.
He also highlighted the large number of people who have been inspired by the Nahj-ul-Balaqa.
The Nahj-ul-Balaqa is a collection of sermons, precepts, prayers, epistles and aphorisms of Imam Ali (AS) compiled by al-Sayyid al-Sharif al-Radi about one thousand years ago.
